Parking meters on Bergen Avenue

JCPA has posted warning signs on parking meters on Bergen Avenue in Journal Square area. (See photo above).

Are you a parking violator? On 7th Street Jersey City, a car was parked improperly as it was not 10 feet away a fire hydrant. Luckily, the traffic was slow moving I was able to take a quick shot.
