Indian Day Parade (Phagwa Festival) Caused Traffic on Kennedy Boulevard

If you were wondering why all of the sudden, police were patrolling Kennedy Boulevard, it was because today’s the Indian Day Parade.
I talked to the cops manning the area; they said that the starting point of the parade was on Stegman Street, and the people will celebrate at Lincoln Park, Jersey City.
