Apparently, there are numerous inquiries about Jersey city Parking, if street-sweeping and meters are in effect… well, they are all shut down according to the police.

I tried calling the Parking Authority, but they are closed.

The flow of traffic was disrupted this morning on John F. Kennedy Boulevard (from St. Paul’s Avenue to US 139, Jersey City) due to police activity. I thought they were ticketing drivers not wearing seatbelt. So, during a stop, I asked a policeman what’s going on.
