Saw Ferris Wheel and more rides at Pershing Field along Central Avenue on the way home from work. Fall 2009 Carnival has started yesterday (October 7th) and will continue until the 12th of October, 2009. Sounds like a lot of fun for the kids especially this holiday weekend….

You thought you missed the fun at Pershing Field?

More than a week ago, I wrote about the Pershing Field Carnival, but I was not sure when it will end. The weekday hours were also unknown to me.
Finally, Jersey Journal picked up this event and published the details today. I got the weekend hours correct (2-10pm).

UPDATE (04/17/2008) : If you thought you the missed the carnival, don’t worry, it has been extended through Saturday (April 19).
UPDATE (04/08/2008) : I was just there at 630pm tonight and saw lots of people. I talked to the cops manning the place and they said carnival will run until Sunday (April 13). Weekend hours [...]
