Power Outage in Some Portions of Bergen-Lafayette?

Despite the bad weather, I was still on the road this evening. I noticed that several houses/apartments along Bergen Avenue in Bergen/LaFayette area of Jersey City have no power. Driving northbound, the left side of the road was noticeably dark, the light posts were unlit, and the traffic lights were not in service.
