<p>This apartment/house in a residential area is hard to notice as Jersey City motorists seldom drive by Jordan Avenue. So when I saw this at the corner of my eyes as I drove out of the parking lot, I decided to take a few pictures.</p>
<p>Right next to it, is another empty shelter. On the lower window, construction notices are stickied, but I don&#8217;t know when they are going to start renovating it.</p>
