<p>Snow in October? Who would have thought? Yesterday&#8217;s (Oct. 29) forecast reported that NY-NJ area will see 2-4 inches of snow.</p>
<p>Here in Jersey City, I was at Dunkin Donut (cor. Summit Avenue and Magnolia) when the snow fall started at around 11AM. It started to stick to the ground when I got home before 12PM. Several hours later, it felt like the sky dumped more than 5 inches of snow.</p>
<p><span id="more-2151"></span>This morning, as I was walking/driving around the blocks of JSQ and McGinley Square areas of the city, I saw a lot of tree branches that had fallen off due to snow. Some streets are impassable (Highland Avenue), and portions of some roads like Sip Avenue are blocked off.</p>
<p>Below you will see some of the photos of the aftermath of the snow storm in Jersey City, a rare occurrence in October. Sorry for the poor quality, I just used an old phone for the pictures:</p>
