Jersey City: Spring Forward One Hour

Jersey City residents, do not forget to adjust your clocks one hour ahead before you go to bed tonight. At 2AM Sunday March 08, 2009, Daylight Saving Time begins.
What does this mean? We lose one hour of sleep! Everything we do that is time-sensitive will be shortened by an hour.
