If you’re still wondering where to purchase holiday wreaths and trees, there are actually several places here in Jersey City where you can buy those – at around $30 each.

Local places where you can get Christmas Trees in Jersey City:

  • West Side Avenue and Union Street – Next to The Dairy Queen, a parking lot full of Christmas Trees are in full display. MAP
  • Route 440 – Parking lot next to 440 Farms. MAP
  • Hudson Farmers Market – Kennedy Boulevard and Bowers Street in the Heights area. Wreaths, Balsam Tree, and Christmas trees are available. MAP

Looking for Food Drives in Jersey City? There’s still time to donate some food to The York Street Project via Hello Again Vintage…

Hello Again Vintage will be holding their 1st Annual Food Drive. From Nov. 13th through Nov. 24th, they will be collecting non-perishable food items, which will be donated to the York Street Project.

Our Thanksgiving Food Drive will hopefully bring our community together to help these families truly enjoy their holiday.

The York Street Project, an urban outreach program, helps shelter battered women & children by providing short-term residence, counseling and job training/placement for those who need to start a new life. This organization also provides day care for the children while their mothers are looking for work.
