There are three (3) Jersey City Parish Festivals in different areas of the town, and St. Joseph’s Parish in Journal Square kicks off tonight. Common activities of fundraisers/festivals include food, entertainment, and raffle. Proceeds benefit the parish or its school, so support this event if you can.

PCUE Rally in Jersey City

Today, several residents gathered in front of Martin Luther King, Jr. School (PS 11) on Bergen Avenue (few blocks from Journal Square PATH Station) and rallied for a better education. Kids and adults were marching in front of PS-11 chanting “Education not incarceration!”
