Free Yoga Classes at Jersey City Library

It’s back! If you are looking for YOGA classes here in Jersey City, Five Corners Branch Library on Newark Avenue is offering free sessions for beginners! This is in conjunction with International Institute of New Jersey.

The classes run every Monday, at 6:15PM – 7:30 PM. Space is limited, and remember, this is FREE so be quick if you want to participate.

The sessions are conducted by a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) Julie Castner, who was certified through a Yoga Alliance Program in Mysore, India.

Although this is free, you have to bring your own Yoga mat if you don’t want to borrow theirs. The library said YOGA is open for all, so there is no registration required; just show yourself up and asked them about it.

One more thing, don’t forget to mention that you learned about it here on JCRegister.com.

Enjoy your YOGA classes!
