I've only lived in Jersey City for about 3 years. I use to live near Grove street and saw how quickly it has changed for the better. Now I live near the path in Journal Square and I too would be depressed walking pass those hideous buildings. When I saw the buildings being torn down, my heart jumped for joy... You can smell the flowers, and feel safer at the same time. I can't wait to see this side of town develop.
