Dustie - I signed up through mark morin when he and his team were in my building selling fios. , I recommend him to numerous people and there have been no complaints. I did have an installation issue at first - but because one of the people on the team Mark brought with him was a Manager of Verizon Technicians, they had someone at my house within an hour to correct the issue.
Before buying - I called Verizon, and went online - and the truth is, the deal mark was offering was better. I got a $250 gift card on top of the same price I would have paid if i signed up through the 800 number.

Mark Morin is a piece of shit. Do not listen to him. If you want FIOS contact Verizon directly. They have better promotional offers than his company. He does not actually work for Verizon, he works for a company called 20/20, which is hired by Verizon to go door to door to sell their products. The deals 20/20 offers are not as good as Verizon's because Verizon has to pay 20/20 to sell for them.
