Weather: It’s Cold Today! October 19, 2008

Wow, it feels like winter is just around the corner! It’s cold here in Jersey City with 46 degrees F (it feels like in the mid-30’s!). If you are going out, making sure you are fully protected from the cold wind. The sun is out, but it is partly cloudy.

A COASTAL FLOOD ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 10 AM THIS MORNING TO 1 PM EDT THIS AFTERNOON.
TIDES WILL BE 1 TO 2 FEET ABOVE NORMAL AROUND THE TIME OF HIGH TIDE FROM LATE MORNING INTO EARLY AFTERNOON SUNDAY.
A COASTAL FLOOD ADVISORY INDICATES THAT ONSHORE WINDS AND TIDES WILL COMBINE TO GENERATE FLOODING OF LOW AREAS ALONG THE SHORE.
