I mean on me, I was stuck between the door, I have bruises down my side. The bus was NOT packed, there were 3 of us getting on the bus, I was the 3rd person.  I found this very upsetting. Also, many times the change is not counted right by the machine, you have to end up paying extra money for the ride.
