Burger King to Close?

Burger King McGinley Square Branch. Map not cllickable.
Two Burger Kings in Jersey City (one in McGinley, the other in MLK Drive Hub Shopping Center) may close on June 15 if the opertor -Mr. Paramjit “Peter” Suri – fails to make his royalty payments.
The news said it’s not a problem bringing another restaurants or establishment to the site of that the Burger King MLK Hub branch as “several establishments have recently expressed interest in the Hub because of its ample parking and proximity to the Hudson-Bergen Light Rail.”
No other information, though, on the McGinley branch, which is the one I frequent to.
