Parking Offender: Car Parked at Bus Stop

Last week, I saw a van inconsiderately and illegally parked at a bus stop in Journal Square area of Jersey City in front of the Chinese store. Bus 87 arrived, but the bus driver had to park on one lane of the road.
Should I uncensor the plate number?
A closeup shot of the scene. Notice the backdoor of the bus open, but is there enough room for the passengers to get off? Even Kate Moss would complain if she’s stuck between the bus and the van!
