4th Annual Phil-US Expo

If you are a Filipino, I’m sure you’ve heard of this annual Phil-US Expo this month, as several flyers were posted on the front doors and windows of various stores in JSQ and McGinley Square. For those who are not familiar with this JC Event, read along, you might find this interesting.

What is Phil-US Expo 2008?

Below is an extract from their about page:

…Our main goal is to celebrate and promote the rich Philippine culture among the present generation, to entertain and bring business to Filipino entrepreneurs, as well as other ethnic companies.

We assure everyone that this will be a different expo honoring the best in Philippine Heritage and Commerce. This will be opened for participation for all business establishments…

Also, JC’s local band BLEUD will be performing in the event. “We’ll be there on May 18th, but not sure yet what time. So chill with us all day if you can until we hit the stage. We’ll also have “Tragic Ending” CDs available for sale there.” they said on their website.
