Unplanned Bridge Repair Causes Heavy Traffic
Wittpenn Bridge is reportedly closed today due to electrical repairs, according to njcommuter.com. It was unscheduled, so the traffic was slow-moving and Jersey City motorists are advised to use local detour.

…Erin Phalon, a spokeswoman for the state Department of Transportation, said she didn’t know how long the bridge would be closed, but “crews are working hard to ensure that it will be open in time for tomorrow morning’s commute…”
