Does Comcast Customer Support Suck?
I’m an ex-Comcast customer. Except for the high price, I never had problems with the internet connection or customer support. I don’t hate Comcast — the only reason I ditched them was because of budget. That’s it.
My purpose for posting the 40-second video below is not to bash the Comcast Employee who slept on the couch of a Comcast Customer. Was the technician fired? I’m not sure, I didn’t have the time to read 700 comments on YouTube. I just want to show that if Comcast’s own technician can be put on hold for hours, how much more for their clueless customers?

Do you think this happens in Jersey City? For Comcast customers, do you have any problem with them? (By the way, there’s a long discussion on JCList about Comcast, it’s about 9-pages long and if you have time to waste, head over there and read).
I am having major issue with Verizon and I’m planning to switch ISP. However, I can’t afford Comcast’s high price when I only need a cheap DSL connection (I don’t download music, or upload videos). Last week, I already made some research, but if you have any suggestion, it will be greatly appreciated.
