Jersey City Photos

Long retired, the Colgate Clock in Jersey City sits in a weedy field by the Morris Canal. Life goes on in Lower Manhattan on a dreary winter day as the World Trade Center grows taller. Missing JC Man: Found

Remember the 60-year old Jersey City Man who was reportedly missing more than a week ago?

I saw on the CBS news yesterday that a man was found in New York Park and was brought to the hospital. The news said, that the man couldn’t remember anything, except that he has a wife and a family. He was reunited with them yesterday.

I didn’t realize it was him until Jersey Journal picked up the story and published it today:

…A New York Downtown Hospital nurse was talking with a Jersey City Parking Authority employee, Noki Dampurasi, and mentioned Borges. The following day, Dampurasi saw a “missing person” poster and contacted Jersey City Police Detective Donald Schmidt…

Good luck and take care, Mr. Borges!
