Crescent Avenue is definitely a starting point and seems to be a good investment. However with our economy I'm gonna try to aim for a place with a better view. The Condo Asc. is working hard to create an Owner Friendly set of Policies and Procedure to go with the By-Laws estalished by the Builder. The Neighborhood Block Associations and Neighborhood Watches are both working with the city to revitalize the area. Streets are being re-paved, empty lots are being cleared and plans are being made to work with the neighboring schools to address issues and concerns and offer up volunteer hours to them in return. While there were minor issues common with rehab/new builds after closing most have been or are currently being addressed. Yes, I'm an owner. Yes, I'm aware its not best neighborhood. Yes- it will become a great neigborhood in the future. Yes, I'm happy with my purchase. Yes - it will be a great investment. In case you take a second look…
