Firemen gathered on Ege Street, Jersey City at around 730PM. Was there a cat in the tree?

I was parked somewhere on Ege when suddenly, a Jersey City firetruck stopped by several feet away from my vehicle. Then, surprisingly, I saw the firemen looking up at the sidewalk tree in front of house number 194. Was there a cat up there?

I got out of the car, and went near the tree. When I looked up, I saw nothing but leafless branches. No cat.

Neighbors went out to see what’s up, and they seemed clueless as well. Despite that, I still asked them what was happening. As expected, they shrugged off their shoulders and said “I don’t know.”

Firemen were talking with the residents of #194, so I assumed they were the ones who made the call.
