NJCU Professor Busted For Internet Sex Attempt
It’s tough to be punctual in blogging if you have a day job to prioritize.
Anyway, a 35-year old computer professor at NJCU was arrested for “attempted sexual assault, luring, attempted endangering the welfare of a child and attempted and attempted criminal sexual contact.” according to ABCLocal.
Leonardo Zayas of 247 5th Street Jersey City – the teacher – was chatting online with an internet patrol whom he thought was a 14-year old girl. Zayas then initiated dirty talks and performed acts which he captured using his webcam and sent it to the “girl”, hoping she’ll return the favor. Well, we all know what happened next: he got busted!
I will be surprised if he pleads NOT guilty. Based on evidences against him, he’s going to need all the miracles to prove he’s innocent.
Kudos to NJ internet patrol and to Bergen County Prosecutor John Molinelli!
