Parking meters on Bergen Avenue
JCPA has posted warning signs on parking meters on Bergen Avenue in Journal Square area. (See photo above).
If for some reasons, you can’t read the sign above, it basically says that beginning March 31, 2008 to April 4, 2008, between 9pm-6am, there should be no cars parked on some spots along Bergen Avenue where a notice is stickied. Otherwise, your car will be towed.
At the bottom of the notice says “INSTALL BANNERS.”
I wonder what that means, other than park somewhere else in Jersey City.
