Glimpse of Bergen Square March 29, 2008

Bergen Square in the area of Journal Square Jersey City


For Jersey City residents who seldom go to Journal Square Area, here’s a glimpse of a smaller part of JSQ called Bergen Square during a nice sunny day. The plaza now has benches (it was installed a year ago, not sure of the exact date), where people are chillin’ talking to each other.

The plaza is at the Corner of Academy Street and Bergen Avenue. Across the street (Bergen Avenue), to its right is the C-Town Supermarket, and behind C-Town is the Historic Apple Tree House/Van Wagenen House.
