Weather: Rain All Day March 19, 2008

Jersey City residents who are having birthdays today, you might have to celebrate it at the comfort of your own place. It will be wet all day, temperature will be in the mid 40′s to mid-50′s. It will be a soggy, and the 1.5 – 2 inches of steady rain will cause some troubles to depressed and flood-prone areas. No FLOOD Alert yet from the National Weather Services though.
