From work in Union City, I take the Kennedy Boulevard to JC. So when I spotted this place (formerly an aquatic pet store) at the corner of Griffith Street and Kennedy Blvd, I decided to park and take some pictures.

A man saw me taking pictures so I introduced myself, and asked a few questions. I learned that he was the agent, and his name is Hany Shehata. When asked when are they opening, he answered “at least a week… probably 10 days.” He seemed pleasantly surprised when I told him I’m going to post the pictures on the internet (JCRegister.com).

“I’ll never forget this Del.” He told me before we parted ways. He gave me a pen as a souvenir.
