What is HPHA?
HPHA was founded on Sunday, September 24, 1974 as a 501(c)(3) organization, with the objectives of promoting the common good of area residents and improving the quality of life in the Paulus Hook neighborhood of downtown Jersey City.
Neighborhood Boundaries
North : Columbus Drive
South: The Morris Canal Tidewater Basin
East: The Hudson River
West: Grove Street
General Meetings
Every first Thursday of the month, HPHA holds an association meeting in a public place. Tonight, March 6, 2008, there will be a meeting in the Church Hall of OLC Church, located at 120 Sussex Street, Jersey City, NJ.
Membership Requirements
Age: 18 years and above
Fees: $5/year for one person
Miscellaneous: resident, property owner, or business owner within the boundaries of
neighborhood
Tenure: not stated.
* Non-members and guests are welcome to attend all general meetings as observers. However, only members may vote.
