Here’s the view outside my window at 6:15 AM today. Based on the forecast if it is accurate, it is going to be cloudy in Jersey City. The temperature will be mild and will go as high as 59 degrees F. Sounds okay, but according to National Weather Service, there will be few showers today that will start at noon and will continue the next day.

What does it mean? Messy commute again for commuters and slippery road for motorists.
