FREE Yoga For Beginners at JC Public Library Five Corners Branch
For people looking for beginners’ YOGA, you might want to try the free sessions at Five Corners Branch Library on Newark Avenue. This is in conjunction with International Institute of New Jersey.
The classes started last month, January 28 to be exact, so I don’t know how many people are regularly attending the classes.
The classes run every Monday, at 6:00PM – 7:30 PM. Until when, I am not informed. Space is limited, and remember, this is FREE so be quick if you want to participate.

The sessions are conducted by a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) Julie Castner, who was certified through a Yoga Alliance Program in Mysore, India.
Although this is free, you have to bring your own Yoga mat if you don’t want to borrow theirs. The library said YOGA is open for all, so there is no registration required; just show yourself up and asked them about it.
One more thing, don’t forget to mention that you learned about it here on JCRegister.com.
Enjoy your YOGA classes!
