A Rough Neighborhood?
Guy as in Gee shares us a photo of an overly-barred house on Pacific Avenue in Jersey City. He was wondering if the owner thinks if the neighborhood is rough because of the installation of bars behind the windows.
Pacific Avenue is not as long as Communipaw avenue or Kennedy Boulevard but I have no idea where this is so I wouldn’t know if it is safe (or good) living there. Do you know where this place is? Is the neighborhood really rough there?

i believe this is off of grand, going towards liberty state park. if you make a left after the mcdonald’s on grand at the sunoco gas station, you’ll see these houses. there’s a whole row of them like this.
