Cold and Dry Start Then Snow in the Afternoon

Manhattan and Downtown Jersey City last Feb 10 SnowBrace yourself for a snow today that will start in the afternoon. Weather.com forecasts cold and dry start in the morning followed by snow that will start at 1PM. There will be an accumulation of 1 inch to 3 inches in some places.

If you are going out later, get ready for a slippery commute as rain will follow the snow washing away some accumulation making it more dangerous for motorists to drive, especially in the evening.
