I chanced upon a certain “COMTIPS08″ and his case posted on YouTube asking viewers for information about a man who stole valuables from their building. According to him, if the man is arrested using the information you provided them, you will be rewarded with $3000 $5000 (Feb 21, 2008).

Here is the description of the YouTube video:

… On January 14, 2008 this man gained access to our building and stole an employees Louis Vuitton handbag containing cash, credit cards, passport, checkbook, etc. The man was followed by police to retail locations in Edgewater, Hoboken, Jersey City. The police lost contact with him in the Newport Mall PATH station and have had no leads since. Any Assistance in catching this man would be greatly appreciated and you will be compensated with a $2500.00 reward if he is arrested in connection with the robbery.

The first time I contacted COMTIPS08, the reward was set to $2500; Now, it has been raised to $3000. However, COMTIPS08 did not give any specific details as to where to contact him. This is a reminder to all business establishments to have security camera installed in your business locations so you can track any – God forbid – abnormal activities such as this, and give you a chance for justice.
